Wonderground Company
Roser Tutusaus and Tom Weksler began to collaborate in 2018 and created the Wonderground Company, based in Barcelona and with international projection. Since then, it has become a performing arts, contemporary dance, acrobatics and movement company. His approach to the language of movement is articulated through Movement Archery. The company approaches movement from a multidisciplinary perspective, finding in its gestures and momentum a more intimate and poetic connection. His artistic work is the result of the interaction of movement and space.
Between 2019-2021 they created the street duo RISE and, since then, the company has toured Spain, Greece, USA, Holland, Belgium, Germany and Portugal. They have received commissions from dance schools around the world such as the Salzburg School of Experimental Dance (SEAD) in 2020 or the PERA School of Performing Arts in Cyprus in 2022. In March 2022 they premiered AFTER IN THE RAIN, a duet co-produced by the “Dansa metropolitana” festival with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
MOMENTUM

Like life, momentum cannot be completely controlled. Not knowing where it will take you, you can only trust your body and fully embrace the journey it brings. MOMENTUM is a journey experienced by three erratic walkers, who have bowed their bodies to existence. An existence that, like impulse, never stops, never dies, is a timeless flow between states, bodies, places and forces.
MOMENTUM portrays the journey of nomads in search of meaning, in a constant movement towards the limits. The piece aims to be a poetic approach to the relationship between the individual and gravity and seeks to situate the body as a subject in constant dialogue with its environment.
