Introduction to the circus through acrobatic stunts

In a cooperative way we will start in the world of the circus to discover the technique of acrobatic lifts.

Through introductory exercises to the circus technique of acrobatic lifts, we will work on technical figures while developing both individual and collective skills. So, we will work on coordination, collective care, mutual trust and personal improvement.

The workshop will be followed by a discussion about the circus beyond the stage.
