The EKO – Circus Pyrenees project that we presented on El Canal last March starts its engines with the opening of registrations for the Preliminary Training for the presentation of candidacies that will be held in L’Estruch (Sabadell) in the next 30 September and October 1.

The project organizes training in each region of the project for agents in the circus sector (artists, programmers, associations of circus professionals, creative centers, …, and other professionals) to offer support and resources to artists and companies from our territory who want to apply to participate in the project in the call that we will open at the beginning of September.

Detailed information and training registrations

The project has 14 direct partners from the territories of Catalonia, Aragon, the Basque Country, Occitania and New Aquitaine and a proposal for activities to be carried out in 3 years. Apart from the three Catalan entities that are direct partners, in order to maximize the impact on the territory, the project has the Ateneu 9Barris, Fira Tàrrega, the Estruch de Sabadell and the Terrassa Test Tube as associated entities. We also hope that other synergies can be woven during the project.
