FiraTàrrega – Territori Creatiu

El Canal is part of FiraTàrrega’s Territori Creatiu, a program for accompaniment, research, innovation and coproduction of creative processes, as well as professional training. There, FiraTàrrega places its expertise and knowledge in the performing arts, outdoor arts and public space at the disposal of creators and professionals. It is also a space for creative links with the population, the area and socio-economic agents to generate places for confluence, complicity and shared synergy for the benefit of stage creation and the individual and collective development of the community.

FiraTàrrega is the ‘Fira de Teatre al Carrer’ that works to activate Catalan performing arts creation and professional artistic exchange both nationally and internationally, paying special attention to street arts and projects designed to involve the citizenry in the public space. It is one of the strategic markets recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya for its role as a meeting and exchange space, as and ideal platform for presenting new artistic proposals and fostering professional contacts.
