The University of Girona will teach the first edition of the ‘Stage and Consciousness. Self-knowledge in the Performing Arts‘ specialization course at El Canal from July 10 to 14 in intensive hours. The course aims to increase the level of self-awareness through self-knowledge and using tools from theater and stage training.
The objectives of the course are:
- To acquire a series of theatrical and scenic resources to increase your own level of awareness and promote personal growth and interpersonal relationships.
- To learn to work on observation, relaxation, silence and internalization and put them at the service of your own creativity and collective work.
- To integrate the use of scenic and theatrical tools as resources that develop healthy environments and personal growth.
There are only 20 vacancies and it is aimed at professionals in the performing arts, creation and social and pedagogical fields, as well as secondary and high school performing arts teachers. You can find all the information here.
