La Intempèrie
La intempèrie is a theater company formed by Èlia Borràs -journalist and playwright-, Berta Camps -playwright, actress, theater pedagogue and coordinator of the Escenaris Especials project- and Eva Ferré – actress, playwright and director of Festival Z-.
The group, which bets on text theater and a creation from the region of Girona, was forged in 2019 and has produced and premiered three shows. His first play: Plou a Cobert (directed by Laura Pujol and written by Èlia Borràs and Berta Camps) premiered in May 2019, at Sala La Planeta in Girona, and with a subsequent season at Teatre del Raval in Barcelona.
In 2020, and in the middle of a pandemic, he started a second production: Redimim-nos, a small-format show, able to be performed everywhere, both in theater spaces and not, with which several municipalities in the province stepped on their feet ( Celrà, Tossa de Mar, Bordils, Aiguaviva and Cicle A Prop de Girona).
In 2021, they created and produced the last show: The End of the World Is My Fault. Premiered at Sala La Planeta in Girona in September 2021 and with a subsequent Catalan tour.
“The houses of others” will be his fourth production and will be released at the beginning of 2025.

What is home to you? Where do you feel safest? Who reminds you of home? How long did it take you to feel this in your home? What does it mean to be born in a country, a specific family, a territory? What are the implications of being from here and not from there? How do we manage to belong to a group? Can we live alone? What happens when we are no longer a part of that place, that country, or that group? What happens when we get kicked out? What happens when we inherit beliefs or money? Where do we hold on when the world crumbles around us?
A collage show, made of anecdotes and experiential clippings, where the viewer will travel inside other people’s houses. A proposal that seeks to talk about everyday life, intimacy and the need to feel that you are part of a place, of someone, of a common event.
