Ino Kollektiv Company
Ino Kollektiv is part of the Cie. L, a young French company based in the South Region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur) that offers contemporary circus shows. Ino Kollektiv was born during the summer of 2017 with the desire to unite different women who do acrobatic stunts to play in the role of each other and to emphasize the strength that a collective can create. The company is committed to researching the body and its philosophy is to live in permanent learning and in a constant process of creation.
Ino Kollektiv is a very diverse group: they are seven women with six different nationalities, six different languages and each with their very own personal universe. The idea materialized already in September 2018 and the following year they opened the CIRCADA festival in Seville with a tour that took them to countries such as France, Germany and Italy.

“7 women don’t weigh much in this world. So we thought: what if we stack up?”
Seven women are the performers of this circus show and the essence of the company. A work that, through acrobatics and the union of bodies in figures, wants to put on the table the pressures and the different layers that make up social conventions, which do not leave freedom to move, which weigh and which disturb. All of them hold together and united in this show symbolize the strength of the union and support of a group of strong women acting together in the face of all these social pressures.
INO Circus Performance is an indoors circus show, accessible to all audiences (provides sign language, audio description, easy-to-read informative material and Braille alphabet). It was created between the years 2018 and 2020 and was awarded as the best street circus show by the Zirkòlika Awards of Circ de Catalunya 2019 “for the strength of its acrobatics, its suggestive collective work and also for breaking gender stereotypes”.
The members of the company and of this project are: Alba Ramió i Güell, Chloé Lacire, Eva Luna Frattini, Lavinia Gilardoni, Noémie Olphand, Raphaëlle Rancher, Rebecca Verejiken. INO Circus Performance has been created and performed by themselves, with the artistic accompaniment of Quim Giron, Alba Sarraute, Catherine Dubois and Roser López Espinosa and with music by Pol Jubany.
In addition to having taken up residence at El Canal, the show has received the support of other creative centers such as CIRCADA, Piste d’Azur, L’Estruch Fàbrica de Creació de les Arts en Viu, Cirko Vertigo, Académie Fratellini, among others.
