Open rehearsal of “Like Penguins” by Cia La Bleda

Doctors, hospitals, operations. These are words that scare us or that we don’t like. But we are lucky because they help us live. In Com els pingüins we will see someone who, thanks to doctors, hospitals, operations and his survival instinct, finds his own particular way of relating to the world. With this work, the company makes a turn in its way of doing things. In a risky and personal proposal, he shares with the audience his many adventures between scalpels and operating rooms to tell us something that really happened to him. And he will do so, as always, from a humorous perspective, because laughing at ourselves is the best medicine. The piece is a dramatic comedy based on real events and is based on the personal experience of the creator, Helena Escobar, actress and clown. Com els pingüins de La Bleda is a co-production of El Canal.
